Hi everyone,
I've created a report that sums the amount a debtor still has to pay, based on a sum-field in the (debtor)footer of the report. The detail of the report is hidden, and only the footer will show up for every debtor. All is well.

There is a counter in front of the debtor name (running sum over group), counting all the outputted rows. Now I want to use the total no of debtor (=rows, say 10 debtors) in my report footer. But I can't get that number in my report footer.

I basically need something that will count the number of footers that are printed. Any suggestions?

The only grouping you mention is by Debtor so I am not sure why you are using "running sum over group" since Over All should be the same result. If you want to count the number of Debtors in the report, add a text box to the Report Footer section and set its control source to:
=txtNameOfRunningSumTextBoxFromDebtorHeader

Hi dhookum,
You're right. Over All results in the same as Over Group. Yep, I had the reference set wrong. Now working OK. Tnx.
