Count How Many Business Days Within A Date Range

Happy New Year to Everyone!!!

I have a problem that needs your help please.

I need to count how many business days between a StartDate and EndDate. This is the example that I have been trying to figure it out. I need to count number of business days between 9/18/2002 and 12/31/2002. Please see below for my criteria:

1. I need to count only 5 business days (from Monday to Friday) within a week.

2. My startDate = 9/18/2002 and my EndDate = 12/31/2002
