count function

Hello,
I have several fields in my report, they hold results of my questionnaire, so let say someone can answer 3 of the 5 questions and I would like a separate fields that counts how many questions was answered?

Can you please help me with this?

hard to answer without you explaining the fields and tables involved. Maybe look at the dcount function in the help file. You can then use it in an unbound control.

If your table is properly normalized, the expression in a footer might be:

=Sum(Abs([Answer]=[CorrectAnswer]))
