This company setsup meetings with prospects. Each prospect will go through a process of 4 meetings
I need to count the number of meetings that each Manager is having with the prospects on a WTD, MTD & YTD basis. The date of the meeting is being recorded. A count for the number of "Meeting 1" held on a WTD, MTD & YTD basis, then repeated for Meeting 2, Meeting 3 and Meeting 4.

I think that you'd just group by the Manager, and then by Meeting number.

Now create 3 running totals for each condition WTD, MTD, YTD, and reset (and display) them at the Meeting Number level.

You can modify the criteria for when something is counted in a Running Total by using the Evaluate->Use a Formula and coding in the date criteria.

I have created the groups and summaries, however in trying the following formula and then creating a summary, I get the same result as a summary count without the formula, any suggestions?

if {1st mtg} = weekToDateSun then {1st mtg} else date(00,00,00)
