Count fails to import data from Table to Form

I have a form based on the Data of a Table A(class Left Right.
Then I try to Enter in the form the total records of a Table B(Time NumberofCust)
When I nsert the textBox holdind the =Count(B!Time) in the Reports Header I get the message Enter Value for B!Time and when I Insert the textbox to the Page Header I get the value #Error.
Are there any Workarounds?
