Count #Days in the same record (Min-Max) - Crystal Variables 1

I will apreciate any help creating the variable to solve the following issue:

I have the following data grouped by Employee Name
Employee Name Test Taken Date
Mike, Moose 1/6/2011 20:22
1/7/2011 5:42
1/8/2011 6:25
1/8/2011 20:03

Don, Deer 1/6/2011 10:07
1/7/2011 11:46
1/9/2011 14:55
I need to find the number of days between the First "Test Taken Date" and the Last Test Taken Date for each employee.
Mike, Moose 1/6/2011 20:22
1/7/2011 5:42
1/8/2011 6:25
1/8/2011 20:03
#Days for Moose 2 (Number o ofDays between First and Last "Test Taken Date")

I think you would group by employee, then have a formula that would look something like this

datediff("d",minimum({test taken Date},{employeee}),maximum({test taken Date},{employee}))
