I would appreciate some advise from those who have used various flavors of scanners. Just when I think that I have chosen the right one, I read a bad review. I know they all have their problems, but I would like to buy the one with the least problems. The Epson seems to be the leader of the pack, one user gave a review that you have to have an Epson printer or you can't scan images to your printer! I find that hard to believe, is that true? Probably going to buy in the $70-$200 range. Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, but would greatly appreciate oppinions. Thanx in advance!

look at the epson 2500 scan i think that might be what you are looking for

Thanks gunthnp,
I'll check it out!
Today I've done an expensive search.
After all the reviews, the only one that peaked a little above the rest as far as price, ease of use & no conflicts with software was the Visioneer 6200 usb. But, I'm still looking for that Primo one!

Thanks again,

Dave
