Couldnt find installable ISAM. What does this error mean?

I made a program in VB which works fine on the computer that has VB on it but when I put it on any other computer and run the program I get this error. What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind I figured it out

Well this is the first program that I have ever made and I didnt realize that I had to actually create an install program so that the other computers would have the correct files. My friend showed me how to make an install program and after that it worked fine.
