Could this be a TCP/IP problem?

I have one computer on my Novell 5 Network that suddenly is unable to connect to the Internet.

Upon reboot of the machine I get a message that says it is "Unable to find Newdot~3.dll"

I am able to ping the computer with success and TCP/IP is set to autodect.

Any ideas?
