I previously posted a thread, thread 702-1209150. Recently, I began seeing this problem again. At the time of my post, there was one very similar, thread 702-1199169, which I hadn't noticed at the time of my original post. Has anyone who had this problem successfully resolved it?

P.S. the error number that appears is error 3218
