Could not start the OracleOraHome81ManagementServer

Hi, I created repository succesfully and when I try to open console I got VTK-1000. I check OracleOraHome81ManagementServer service and it's not started. I try to start it and get error:

Could not start the OracleOraHome81ManagementServer
service on local Computer. The service did not return an
error. This could be an intenal Windows error or an
internal service error.
If the problem persists, contact your system
administrator.

I saved preferred credential on DBA studio. Please help, thanks.

you created the repository with conf. assistant right.
So start again configuration assistant and choose
Edit Configuration Parameters..
Check if they are correct...
