Info: Running XP Pro, IE 6.0, Outlook 2003
This error happens only if Outlook is the email program of choice selected. I've gone through many other forums and tech websites and came up short on a fix. I don't get the multiple IE windows problem associated with this error as others do. Just the dialogue box with the error.

I've switched it back and forth from using Outlook Express which works fine on the call. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
