I have an IPOCC 9.1.8 that I have configured already for multiple, topics, agent groups, task flows, UIs, etc., but I recently added a new agent group with and when these agents log into the UI they get a message 'Could not load 2 element(s)' and their Telephony screen is blank.
I have checked everything I can think of. I can see the 2 elements with the service login in the Realtime screen. All the other agent groups are working fine.
I don't see anything in the TTrace logs, but I may be looking in the wrong log folder.
Any ideas?
