Could not initialize java VM..

when i try to run a project, i get this error...i am running windows xp, and using code warrior IDE version 4.2.5.766, and sdk 1_4_1_01-windows-i586...I have unstalled sdk and code warrior, and tryed to reinstall but this didn't work either. -Greg :-Q
