Could not initialize driver - error in VPN

I installed VPN software, and it EVERYTIME, gives an error, 'Could not initialize driver' when launching VPN software.

Win2K, sp2 version.
VPN driver / VPN Lan-Dialogue box all seemed fine!

Please help!
