Could not find installable ISAM

Hello Gang

I am getting this error when trying to run my activeX control on a system other than mine. Could not find installable ISAM. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

DL mdac_typ and dcom95 from microsoft or find on office or vbasic disks and load them in the order specified.
