Could not connect to admin:9080

This is probably a Xima support question but hopefully someone has seen this before.

When I try to open Chronicall on the installed PC I receive the message from the browser that it can't connect to admin:9080

Does this indicate network admin has some port blocking? Customer recently changed ISP's and has new managed routers.

I never looked to the url but i always use and works all the time for me :)

I would not use the admin part.

I tried and have the same result.

Additionally, I previously used Manager from the same PC and used the default Broadcast address. Now I can only access the IPO if I use the specific IP address of the unit.

Sound like a firewall issue to me.

If you are working on the PC were Chronicall is installed then try or If that does not work then the services are not running or chronical is not using port 9080 or chronicall is not insalled at all or the chronicall services are running using a specific user account which password recently has chamged or....
whatever reason, think -> monitor and investigate if nothing helps reinstall the software
