Could not bind to Weblogic server

Hi! Im using SuSE 9.2 and Bea Workshop 8.1 sp3. When deploy example application Test, in Server window after starting server about 1 minute shown this text:

Could not bind to Weblogic server (Connection refused)

What is wrong? In Xandros same version of Bea Workhop work just fine.
