I currently have a befw11s4 v1 (cannot be upgraded) and a wet11 between my house and a neighbors house. Everything worked fine until another linksys router arrived in the neighbor hood.

I do not have a wireless telephone, the neighbor does and it is 900Mhz. Signal strength to their basement was marginal but useable. I was using channel 11 and the 'rogue' access point was using channel 6. I realize this does not make sense, [shadessad] using different channels etc... but whenver the 'rogue' point went offline signal strength ran into the acceptable and useable range.

I have sinced moved the wet11 into their master bedroom and ran cable into the basement.

Did I miss anything that might have saved me a cable job? I tried all of the settings on the befw11s4 for wireless but no luck.

Thanks in advance.
