Could anybody have information on checklist for hardening Solaris Unix, ie security set-up guideline? and any good sites for solaris scripting.

Brad M. Powell, Dan Farmer, and Matthew Archibald have a tool called Titan to do tighten up OS security. It consists of a number of shell scripts so you can see exactly what it's doing and amend it to suite your needs. I found it to be is pretty comprehensive.
