I'm wanting to upgrade my S70 from 4.3.3 to 5.1. I don't have a maintenance contract with IBM though. Is there a cost involved in upgrading to 5.1?

I don't think ...IBM will give you aix5l software cd's
without maintenance contract.We have the contract so we didn't face any problem for upgrades from aix4.3.3 to aix5l 5.1
