cost effective VPN phone

Just looking for opinions guys; what has been the most cost effective, stable (in a perfect world) VPN phone from the 96xx series so far? What router/vpn have you been combining them with? I figure I'd get a list started, from the horses mouth, so to speak.

Cost effective is Netgear 336 and a 9620

+1 for 9620 and we use watchguard - XTM25 for a small site.

PS, on the latest CM firmware for the 9608 the VPN option was back.
So if you are able then give it a shot.
