Hi All:
I am desperate -- AI have been a Nortel/Avaya engineer for years and have NEVER touched a Vodavi Infinite. I am at a friends office and they need to have all of their extensions (100 - 106) have the LD restrictions removed and they need to be able to dial *99 from all phones to access outside voice mail. Can someone help? I'm hoping it is just something I can do as set programming.

Thanks
Kate

Google can help you find the manual - from there it's fairly straight-forward. Programming is similar to Norstar in that it can all be done from a phone - usually X100.

Configure line restrictions to COS1 (FL40, line range HOLD, button 9, 1 HOLD)
Then station restrictions to COS1 (FL50, station range HOLD, Button 20 for page 2, Button 2, 1 HOLD

If still no joy, test with butt set right on CO to confirm that carrier allows.
