Hi all,
Somehow, someone in my place managed to move their intercom button on their phone, and delete the secondary intercom button - don't ask! But now I can't figure out how to get it back on. In addition, I need to add a COS Override password, and cant remember how to do it. It needs to be for any phone. Thanks for your help.

You will not be able to move the physical location of the IC button but if you go into system programming you can change how many IC buttons each phone has on it.
You'll need to tell us what phone system you are on, ie., MICS, CICS, 8X24 etc.

Thank you. I realized everything I was doing was correct. THe problem was that the installer in this particular building changed the master config password, and set the 23646 to be for basic admin - so I was only getting access to the basic programming. He came and changed what we needed changed, and refused to tell me the password *LOL*. Is there anyway I can figure it out? Thanks.
