COS password/feature 1

Our COS password is common knowledge. Users are dailing out of and in to the plant using feature 68 +COS password.

I need to change the password or disable the feature

When I go into **config >Gen Admin > Passwords> all I get is the option to change the Admin password.

Can anyone stop the madness?
