I have a system that uses the COS key to allow rooms to be able to make phone calls. I was curious what exactly changes on the set? I am upgrading them and I need to print all the sets before the upgrade and after to reactivate the COS on the sets as my database will be a week old. I need to know what to look for in my sets so i can change once upgrade is done.
