Quick question on Multicalls and CoS - I have a multicall that I want to set call re-routing on after a set amount of time, but only on the MC not the Ext it appears on, I undertand this can not be done right?

In which case as the Multicall appears on 2 extensions, each with different CoS, which CoS no answer call forward timer would apply? The shortest or the longest?

Thanks

Phil

When a multicall does not have a prime appearance then the COS is acquired from the station with the lowest PLID. Use the maintenance command "Locate Extension XXXX" to determine the PLID of each station.

If you do not want the Deskset to have the same values as the multicall, your only recourse is to convert the Multicall to a prime line. I typically use a spare ONS port for this purpose when I can.
