Cortelco ATA 8212 sip

we are attempting to install a Cortelco 8212 ATA on IP Office 9.1.6. The device is not registering with IPO. Here is Monitor info. Anyone who has used this device please chime in.

It is forbidden check the user to make sure it is correct, i.e. a SIP extension that the password is correct or even change it for testing. How do you have the Cortelco set up are you using the user name or the extension to register. You should use the ext number to register the unit.

We are using IPO R10.1 and it works for us. We found odd issues with the newer firmware (can't remember exactly what) so we are sticking to version 3.08-33. I have notes on what to do to setup one of our units. See if the below helps.
