Corrupted VBA project (runtime access)

Having my application installed on a other machine as a mde file it works fine. When I try to run it with access runtime I get the message corrupted VBA project in database.
Access 2003 developed on windows XP machine
Access 2003 and runtime on vista machine

In my questiom I mention ACCESS 2003 but it must ne ACCESS 2002 and runtime 2002!
The problem is still not solved. Who can help??
