corrupted database. can I roll back to previous software?

and If I restore to the backup I did right before the upgrade, (8.0.0.8) will this restore a corrupted database?

everything was working fine for a while, but i had the 1-888 issue right away, but now local calls are failing from random locations throughout the hospital. for instance 487xxxx will not work, but 486xxxx will work at the same station (and only that station) then, miraculously, the problem will fix itself.


we did a system reboot, on suggestion of Mitel, but it didnt help.

Yes, the system will convert it. Connect to the console port and capture progress. There should be no errors during conversion.
