Corrupt User Profile

I am having Dropbox issue in Windows 7 Pro, icon for the Dropbox just got vanished from taskbar after certain time. I read some blogs on Microsoft and I got to know about user profile might be corrupted. So how do I make exact same profile for the existing domain user account ?
Client machine is on Windows 7 Pro and Server is Windows 2008 R2.
