Corrupt Notes Mail database

hi,

I run a Notes 4.57 Domino Server (NT4). One of my users has a corrupt mail database. Whenever they try to open it they get this message "Database is damaged and can't be repaired (UNID Index)".

I tried to open this same database on the server and it runs the consistency check then gives me the same message.
Can I run any utilities or commands against this Database to resolve this problem?.
