Corrupt Mail messages and folders

On serveral users network mail boxes they have a folder or folders that contain messages that do not appear if you run z:\mail.exe or some times the folders do not appear at all. any ideas?

Those are the names of the folders they entered in shared mailboxes.

No the mailboxes are not shared and the error ranges from BM1402,BM80,6996 and a few more
