I have this problem with my windows xp CORRUPT<WINDOWS ROOT>SYSTEM32\NTOSKRNL.EXE REINTALL COPY ABOVE, somebody could help me up with this problem. I really don't know how to solve this problem.........

What about the software that I have already installed going to be corrupted.???????????????
 
Can't say for sure until you get it up and running as it depends on what caused it to corrupt in the first place. I would try methods 3 and 4 first on that site. They are the easiest to do and least likly to cause issues. If that dont work then go about editing the boot.ini. I still think your programs would be ok though.
 
I agree with 1101..etc, that none of the repair options should compromise existing programs or data.

I would however, vote for option #2 in the MS KB article he cited above.
