Corrupt File Problem

We have a Backup Exec 8.6 installed on 2 Windows 2000 server 1 with DLT Drive and another with Sony AIT Drive. Backup Exec 8.6 installed with DLT is spitting error about corrupt mail boxes and the one with AIT is spitting the following error Both Servers are backing up Exchange 2000 and Novell Server 5.01.)

You can try to backup open files with a lock or you can use the open file option. This error means that the file is open and BE reports it as "corrupt". It's only corrupt on tape, not on disk.
