I have managed to get a corrupt disk in one of my volume groups and i wish to remove the corrupt disk. How does one do this?

I have tried vgreduce but this is not working.

If my recollection of my past experience is correct, you will have to do it in the order of:
1. LVREDUCE
2. PVMOVE
3. VGREDUCE
