Corrupt contacts for one of my users

Hi there, I have been running a SBS 2003 server for over a year now and 1 of my users has an odd problem with their contacts. Basically when you add a new contact it disappears when it syncs up with the exchange server and puts the contact in the local failures folder within outlook 2003. If outlook is working offline the contact stays until you plug the laptop back in the network

If I log on to their mailbox via owa, then go to display her contacts its just sits there saying loading. Everyone elses works fine and everthing else to do with this user works fine (mail, calendar e.t.c.)

Any ideas as I'm stumped
