Corrupt appsense deployment manager

Does any one know how to fix the problem below?
I logged on to our Appsense console one day and I found that under the Appsense Deployment manager\deployment Groups\xxxFarm\controlled Machines, on the right hand side it should show installed packages and the version but what is showing is part letters and part boxes . I am running appsense ver. 5.2. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible that the data store or distribution server is offline? Other wise I reckon your Appsense data store has got corrupted. I haven't used appsense in over a year though!!

The distribution server is online and I also asume I ahve a corrupt database. I am trying to figure out were is the database and how to restore it.

You should be able to find where data store is from the Management Console.
