we use exchange 2000 - there are a two users that can not access their email using outlook2003 when they are connected directly to the domain. They can not connect to the exchange server when they VPN in on to the network, nor can they access webmail (which shouldn't matter if they are connected to the domain or not).
I understand that their exchange accounts have become corrupted in some way, but other than deleting the accounts and restarting is there anything else that I can do?
