Correcting the Date Sort in a Report

I created a query-based report that is sorted by due date. (The due date is just a date field from the table used in the query.) 6/10/01 sorts before 6/2/01. What's the easiest approach to correct this problem?

I set my computer's Short Date format to be mm/dd/yy, however, if this is not doable in your situation, you can format the field by doing:

Format([DateField],"mm/dd/yy&quot
