Correcting Date under Seagate Backup Exec (NT4)

Between the 8th & 9th of April, the software changed it's own date from 2002 to 2013.
Correcting this date back to 2002 is not possible, because since then dayly backups were made.
Do I have to erase the Catalogue or what can I do to correct this without data loss?
