Correcting Caller ID on Coral Phone

I have a user that when he dials out from his phone, it comes up with a incorrect caller id. When I call him, instead of 443-2002(our main number), it comes up as 443-2007 which 2007 is his extension. He has a Coral DKT2320 phone and I tried to look at the keyset but not sure to look for. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There are several settings for outbound caller ID. Seeing as you're kicking out alternate line ID already, the one to be concerned with is under KEY. Try removing Alternate_Line_ID, just type R to remove, on 2007.
