Corrected system bus (CE) Event detected by CPU

Hi Guys,
I have few errors in my /var/adm/messages like

SUNW,UltraSPARC-III: [ID 548867 kern.info] NOTICE: [AFT0] Corrected system bus (CE) Event detected by
CPU1 at TL=0, errID

SUNW,UltraSPARC-III: [ID 375242 kern.info] [AFT0] errID 0x005437e5.aca1a978 Corrected Memory Error on
J0304 is Persistent

I tried psrinfo and prtdiag and everything looks fine........

Any idea about the root cause?

J0304 has persistent ecc errors. These errors are correctable. If the system. is covered by a maintenance
contract then call the provider.

Sun has a document that they use for replacing bad Dimms.

Also check out cediag, which can be downloaded from Sun.
