Corporate Edition 10.1.5: remote client installs

I have a problem,I'm using 10.1.5.5000:the remote client install work on Win2000,but doesnt work on S.O. XP.
When i select a machine to install the client i've a message error of Symantec System Center "on computer selected not running Windows 2000 or later"

Help me, please

I just upgraded to 10.1.5.5000 last week and had the same problem except I had the problem on XP machines. I had to download the media on my server and physically install from each client's machine. I could not get the remote install to work. If I tried to push the remote install, I would get a logon box asking for a username an password and no matter what I put in, nothing would work. I had to uninstall the Symantec Antivirus from every(28) machines and physcially install at their desktop when I connected to my server. This was a major pain in the neck, but I got it to work.
