Corporate Directory 1

Hi,
I'm very familiar with CS1000 programming and configuration. We recently conducted some PBX Audits and the consultant had installed and configured Telephony Manager 3.2, which they used extensively. We now have it and I want to use to update our corporate directory. We had OTM 2.2 before.

I would like to find out how to
1. Retrieve CPND information from all our PBXs
2. Upload the corporate directory to all our PBXs

Utilities -> corporate directory
M1 Corporate directory
M1 Corporate directory for network

When I right click I get
Generate Report - Now, Schedule, Open

When I double click, I get
General -------I see all my sites are selected.
Data Fields -------I see all data fields selected.
Output
Options ------I see MARP prime DNs only selected
Get Files
Upload-------I don't see anything selected.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You will need to allow Corporate Directory on all phones. In CLS put in CRPA, by default it is CRPD.

All the phones already have CRPA. Remember it worked when we were using the OTM 2.2.
We just want to be able to upload the directory using TM 3.2

set your scheduler to carry out all of the tasks, should be in the book, its a bit long winded to explain but easy to follow from the NTP

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
