HI TO ALL

I´M TRYING TO SETUP CORPORATE DIRECTORY IN MY CS1000M SG 5.0, I HAD CONFIG CLS CRPA FOR MY IP PHONES 2004 AND 1120.

I SEND CORPORATE DIRECTORY FROM TM 3.1 AND SEEM THAT DO IT WORK FOLLOWING PROCEDURE NORTEL BUT NOT HAPPEND NOTHING

SOME IDEA OR SOLUTION?

Did you set up the Personal Directory stuff in EM as well? Do you get the directory menu when you hit the Directory key?

hello,
look in the PBX /u/db, if the cpdir0.csv is in. If not, the TM haven´t transfered the csv File to the PBX.

I am assuming you are running TM3.x Make sure that the FTP services are running on it and that you have configured the FTP server in the (I believe) utilities option, of the old thick client.

I CHECK THE APPLICATION CND 2.1 AND I DO A TEST AND TELL ME THAT IS WELL AND THE FILE OF CORP DIR IS SENDING AND TELL ME THAT WAS SUCCESSFULLY THE TRANSFER BUT IN MY PHONE NOT HAPPEND NOTHING ONLY TELL ME "NO APPLICATION AVAILABLE"

In Element Manager, have you added the ELAN ip to the Personal Directory IP Server field?

In LD 117, when you
PRT APPSRV
it will give you the IP of the current App server you have configured, which should be the ELAN IP of your Signaling Server.

Pronei, the personal directory and corp directory are seperate applications that run individually. Personal Directories are a global setting enable in element manger. Corp is a class of service assogned to each TN. You can run one without the other.

I still think that the issue is an FTP issues with the TM3.

ME PRINT PRT APPSRV AND GIVE THE ADDRESS 137.135.128.20 THIS ADDRESS IS FOR MY TM SERVER AND CND

You have to log into TM3.1 Web Browser and do a retrieve all, once this is done, go to the CND tab in TM3.1 and do a sync, once this is done then do a CPND Down load and then a Corp Dir upload, you'll then be able to see Corp Dir!

I CAN GET TO DO WORK IT MY CORP DIRECTORY I AM NOT PUSH APPLY BUTTON AND FOR THIS REASON WHEN I TRIED UPLOAD THE FILE NOT WAS TRANSFER IT.

The user you use to upload the file is pdt enabled?
