corporate directory

i have configured the cpnd & station on OTM, retreiving & transmitting data worke perfect, done the corporate and sceduale.

the problem is when i want to check the corporat on telephone and select it , i get message which sayes corporate directory unavailable . ( the file report wich i get is like name.cvs is that extension correct ?
do i have to use specefic MSOFFICE like office 2000 or office 2003?

The file produced is a CSV (Comma seperated values) you can open it with a Text editer like Notepad/Wordpad or use excel. In the CD sync you are getting the report to say the file is produced are you seeing the upload to the switches also? Check the Corperate Dirrectory Task and Make sure you have ticked the switches to read from and the switches to upload to are set.
