I have a user that has switched locations (cities), his information has been updated in AD and shows his new correct number, but the CUCM Corporate Directory shows his old number. How do I change this to his new number? His new phone is set to his name and login in CUCM and his VM is set to his new number and login in Unity. It has been this way for several weeks now. The systems have been synced.
NOTE: His old number was a PBX number and not a CUCM number.
