Corporate Directory Search Error

Hi All,

I have installed CS1000E Rls. 7.50. Corporate directory via UCM works fine. However when I search the users from the sets it can only accept the first letter of the User. For example if the user name is JOHN and if I type "J" it appears if I type "JO" it says "No Matches Found".

What could be the problem.

Corporate Directory is so broke in 7.5 it isn't even funny. My issue is in Design right now. It's more than likely a patch either for EM-Web or Num-Grp. Make sure your Service Pack is current and if it is then you will need to open up a ticket with Avaya.

actually When I upload the corporate directory via pdt it works fine. But Customer wants to upload it from Web.

It is strange

Mine works fine when putting the file in from PDT also. The problem Avaya is having is through Element Manager. You cant hardly have the customer going into PDT whenever they have a change.

Hello rumelihavasi, how do you do to install .csv using PDT, i couldnot using rx command, please tell us how to do it.
