Corporate Directory "Not Found"

Hi everyone, I can't reach my corporate directory since I upgrade to CUCM 8 version to 9 version. My URL are:

URL Directories

http://192.168.10.10:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

Secured URL Directories

https://192.168.10.10:8443/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

And in the HTTP display of my ip phone shows: Directories >

https://192.168.10.10:8443/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

I restarted Cisco Trust Verification Service in serviciability, Cisco Tomcat and Cisco TFTP as well.

I don't know if I missing something, any idea?

are the cluster server databases synched?
Can you register a phone directly to the pub and try the directory?

hi!

I have no subscriber. In 7960 Ip phones is working with no problem but in 8941, 9971 and other models only show "Host not found"

Have you tried a factory reset on the phones? Did you change from using DNS to IP or vice versa? Or change the hostname? Things like that will cause the directory to not work properly out of the gate.

I've tried all of those ones, I don't know if I missing something else, maybe to restart a service or TRUE something in service/enterprise parameters.
